Iceland isn´t only trolls and elves. It is also volcanoes, glaciers, and waterfalls. South Coast is the home of glaciers and volcanoes. Some of Iceland’s most spectacular waterfalls are located on the South Coast which runs from the glaciers located there. Europe’s largest glacier lies on the South Coast along with many many others. On this South Coast tour, you get to explore Solheimajokull glacier.

This is how the tour works

• Your guide will pick you up from your accommodation or closest bus stop.
• After that, you head out on this exclusive journey where you get to experience the magics of Iceland.
• You will visit Gljúfrabúi waterfall, Seljalandsfoss waterfall, Skogafoss waterfall, Reynisfjara black beach & last but not least, walk on Solheimajokull glacier.
• Your guide will keep you occupied with fun stories & jokes, but also very informative stories as well.
• When arriving at the glacier, you will get crampons, helmet & harness belt for your glacier walk.
• Stop will be made for you to have lunch, but that´s not included in the price.
• The tour is between 12-13 hours long.
• You will get a dinner on the way back and that will be around 18:00.
• If you are a vegan and want a vegan option, please let us know and we will accommodate that.
• You will choose between smoked trout or seafood soup for starter.
• For main course you can choose between fried duck confit and smoked cod.
• After the magical tour, you will be dropped off at the place you were picked up from.

Between 07:30 and 08:00

There is a minimum age for this trip: 13 years old

What to wear: This is Iceland! Always be prepared for rain. Bring rain gear, an extra pair of socks, hiking shoes, and gloves. In winter bring really warm clothes.

Glacier gear: We provide helmets, crampons & harness belt. That´s the glacier gear you need.

Difficulty level: Moderate

- Visit places like Seljalandsfoss waterfall and walk behind it.
- Walk into a ravine to see the hidden secret waterfall Gljúfrabúi.
- Look up the hidden treasure underneath Skógafoss waterfall and go to see where Game Of Thrones was filmed.  
- Walk on Solheimajokull glacier for a an unforgettable experience.
- Experience the Black Sand Beach Reynisfjara in all of its power.
- Dine at geothermal restaurant which is one of its kind in Iceland(vegan option).
